1. Donation Terms

By donating to Ummah Relief Mission (URM), you agree that your gift will be used to support our relief and development projects. We strive to spend every penny on the chosen appeal; however, should an appeal be over-subscribed, your donation will be used in our 'General Relief' fund for the most pressing needs.

2. Gift Aid Commitment

When you declare Gift Aid, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

3. Refund Policy

Under charity law, donations are generally non-refundable. If a mistake has been made in the amount or frequency of your donation, please contact us within 7 days at support@urmcharity.org.uk to discuss your query.
