- We use "Blind Indexing" to allow for secure data lookup without exposing your raw information.
- Financial transactions are handled securely via Stripe - we never store your full credit card details on our servers.
3. What Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to process your donations and provide Gift Aid claims to HMRC, including:
- Full Name and Title
- Contact Information (Email and Phone)
- Postcode and Home Address (for Gift Aid and verification)
- Donation amounts and frequency
4. Data Retention
As per UK financial and charity regulations, we are required to keep donor records (especially for Gift Aid) for a minimum of 6 years. Rest assured, these records remain encrypted and restricted to authorized personnel only.
