Refund Policy

At Ummah Relief Mission (URM), we work hard to ensure you have a trouble-free journey when making a donation and we want to make it as smooth as possible. However, we realise that sometimes errors can happen.

1. General Policy

Ummah Relief Mission is generally not able to refund donations; however, we will consider a refund of any duplicate donations made in error (for example, if you clicked on the Donate button more than once).

If you have made a duplicate donation(s) by mistake, please contact our Donations Processing team immediately to resolve the issue.
